FAQs

Empower Kidz Drop-In

  • Where do I start?

To begin, you'll need to register your child(ren) for their time at The PlaySpace. You can complete the registration process online or in person during your first visit. Once registered, you'll receive a confirmation email, and upon completion of the registration forms, you can drop off your child immediately. Please note that for infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months, reservations are required due to limited space in the infant room. Obtaining a membership allows you to make reservations further in advance to ensure a spot for your infant. This flexibility is especially important given that nearly 70% of children under age 6 in the United States have all available parents in the workforce, according to the Center for American Progress, highlighting the essential role of daycare services in supporting working families
  • How do I obtain a membership?

Memberships must be obtained in person at Empower Kidz. While we can initiate the process over the phone, you'll need to finalize and pay for your membership when you visit our facility. Having a membership is ideal for families seeking reliable child care solutions, giving parents peace of mind that their children are in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • After I register, how soon can I drop off?
